Firefly is the newest private hire and community space in Telford. Set out like a high end club with a 200 person capacity, it’s the perfect place for that special occasion to invite your nearest and dearest and feel extra special. The venue is perfect for special family occasions, birthdays, wedding receptions as well as business events.Set over 2 floors with a balcony overlooking the dance floor and stage the venue flows really well and gives different vibes depending on where you are. The balcony lends itself well to a quieter area or VIP area and a great place to offer food if you wished.
Residing on the 2nd and 3rd floor of nearly 200 year old historic building with a full height pitched roof, not only does the space feel spacious and grandeur but also really makes the outside world disappear for that special VIP experience.
Our door staff will welcome your guests and deal with guest lists. The friendly bar staff will be waiting with a fully stocked bar and may even be ready to serve a Champagne reception or canapés.
Party the way you want to with a large stage big enough to accommodate your favourite DJ or live music act or band, and be wowed by the atmosphere with our in house lighting system.

Please note the venue is situated in the Old Oakengates Market Hall building on the first floor. It was built in 1826 and can only be accessed via a staircase.
